Neil Vernon is a seasoned technologist with over 13 years at Gresham. He pioneered the creation of the successful Clareti platform, serving 100+ customers. Neil manages the full product lifecycle, from market research to sales. His impressive track record and appetite for challenges led him to Floe.

Colin brings a wealth of experience to Floe, having served as a Development Manager at Gresham Technologies and Smartstream Technologies. At Floe, Colin is motivated by the company’s unwavering commitment to its people and its customers. He believes in Floe’s culture of continuous learning and innovation, which places its people at the heart of everything, and he’s proud to contribute to a company that delivers valuable products and services to its customers.

With over a decade of experience as a Senior Software Engineer for renowned brands like Ovo Energy, Nokia, and Microsoft, Mark is a seasoned tech professional. His journey began as the sole technical expert, where he maintained IT infrastructure and crafted diverse tech solutions. Mark’s educational journey includes a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and continuous self-improvement through technical literature. Currently, he’s passionate about functional programming with Clojure. Mark is drawn to Floe’s collaborative culture and the endless opportunities for learning and growth.

John has been an integral part of the Gresham Tech team for over two decades, with a strong presence in their Sydney offices, collaborating closely with the APAC team. His enduring commitment to the Gresham Group is a testament to the trust he’s garnered over the years and the sterling reputation Gresham maintains in the industry. A Senior Technical Analyst for Floe, Tracey joined Gresham 5 years ago as a Senior Implementation Consultant for Clareti Control. With experience in several technology roles, her experience will be drawn upon as Floe evolves.
